Bourdua Design Shipping and Delivery Information

Preparation Time: Since our products are handcrafted and (if applicable) personalization is applied, your orders will be prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey): Orders within Turkey are shipped via Navlungo logistics infrastructure and contracted local courier companies. Shipping is free for orders over 1,500 TL. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days after shipment.

International Shipping: Your international orders are shipped with tracking numbers via world-renowned carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) under the guarantee of ShipEntegre. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on the region.

Customs and Import Taxes: For international shipments, any taxes, duties, and customs fees that may arise according to the customs regulations of the recipient country are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged Packages: We strongly advise you to inspect your package upon delivery and to have the delivery person prepare a damage report in case of any damage.
