Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and rectify the problem.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products
Products sold under Bourdua Design that feature names, dates, or personalized laser engraving/designs fall under the category of "goods prepared according to the buyer's requests or personal needs" as per the Distance Selling Agreement. Therefore, except in cases of defective or faulty goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products, and returns are not accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted products and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the product you want is to return the product you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Despite the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, i.e., unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you after receiving and reviewing your return and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
